The BEST for the LEAST

(5 out of 5) by Andrea on Aug 2, 2009 (New York, USA!!!!)
For what they're charging for this, this product is worth it - easy to use - the display is simple - and the choices in Internet radio are SO MANY...a GREAT value!!

Would Not Automatically Detect

(1 out of 5) by MusicMan on Feb 13, 2009 (Texas, USA)
I tried plugging it into a secure Desktop which runs Windows XP Pro, and the self-starting app did not run automatically. Tried 4 different USB 2 ports and the device was not automatically detected. Used Trend Micro Internet Security 2008 and now using Norton Internet Security 2009. In both Internet Security software (one at a time), I disabled anti-virus and would not automatically detect. Then disabled firewall and same results. I took the device to Best Buy and tried it on a PC that had Windows Vista Home installed and it worked. So the device is good.

Any suggestions on how to get it to work on Windows XP Pro appreciated.

I received this product today and one word to describe it is AMAZING. Simple to use. It does what it is advertised as saying it will do. Again, amazing technology.

Doesn't work, but useless anyway

(1 out of 5) by James T. Oxenreider on May 29, 2009 (Valley Forge)
Received this item as a gift. Very thoughtful, but completely useless.

I use Macs exclusively at home, so right off the bat, I'm in trouble as it doesn't support Mac OS. I have two Windows XP computers for work, and tried both. Neither work. One doesn't recognize it at all, the other does, but along with the application starting I get new Explorer windows popping open every 2-3 seconds over top of the app... never saw such behavior before. Can't get to the app due to the Explorer windows, so never got to try it.

The bigger question is why does anyone need this silly thing anyway? iTunes has hundreds of radio stations, so does Windows Media Player, Winamp, etc. [...].

This screwed up my online sound on my laptop somehow.

(2 out of 5) by Vicki B. on Apr 13, 2009 (Fargo ND)
I installed this and thought it was great. The next time I got on my laptop, I only had 1/10th the volume when trying to listen to anything online like videos etc. If I want to listen to anything I have to plug in earbuds. It didnt affect my windows sound, just online sound. So need to take in my laptop to my PC guy. Can't even hear the jukebox.
