Exactly What I expected
Alright, so I bought this laptop for college. I wanted something small, lightweight and powerful, but also good-looking. I though about the 14.1 inch Sony Vaio's and was extremely close to buying one when I found out about this PC.
I've had it for about a week now, and if I remember, I'll update the review as time goes by.
The laptop looks amazing, it has this shiny finish that's reflective, and i just love the feel of it, I would recommend heading over to your local PC/electronics store to see it in person, because that's how I fell in love.
I'm not going list all the specs, because you can find most of them on this page, I'll list some cool features I liked though:
The PC comes with Ulead DVD factory for Toshiba, which I love because i make mini movies, and the title menu's you can make on it are amazing. The laptop also has a flashlabel drive, so i can print awesome labels on my DVD's, a great feature if u use that stuff.
It has a built in camera/mic which is cool. It also comes with face recognition software so you can actually log into the computer by using you're face rather than a password (it takes time to get used to, but it's cool).
It has bluetooth, which i personally don't use, just throwing it out there.
With 2.26 GHz and 3GB RAM i'm pretty sure this machine can handle my super multitasking, and whatever programs you have for it. Be warned that i don't play games on my laptop, so I can't speak for that
The battery life is great, it can give you about 5 hours and a half for browsing the internet or Microsoft word.
Yup, that's about all i have to say, u can drop a question in the comments :D
Update: i forgot to mention that the battery that comes with this is an extended one, so it sticks out from the back about an inch, not that big of a deal with such a small PC (given the fact battery life is so great)

Good laptop, bad sound and something wrong with OS
I got this laptop few days ago. It looks good, its really quite, doesn't heat and battery lasts long. Almost everything is good about it besides few things.
Sound: Its not that audible, i have to keep laptop really close to hear clearly, even headphones doesn't help.
Overloaded: its loaded with bunch of softwares ( around 20 GB) its no use Toshiba.
I had it for a week now no problems at all. However, One fine day I turned on the laptop and I got this strange error ( NO OPERATING SYSTEM FOUND ), and it kept repeating this message over and over. After force reboot it went off, and started fine again. I am not sure if it is an indicator of prospective problems!!
Anyways, its a good laptop to buy, I would recommend it to friends.

Satisfied Customer
This was my second time purchasing a Toshiba laptop. Once again, I am very satisfied with the product. Setting up the laptop was very quick and simple without any problems. From the time that I set it up, there have been no problems-- even when I open up a multiple amount of windows at the same time. I am able to be online, download pictures, and listen to music all at the same time without experiencing any problems. Although the battery sticks out a little, it is fine because the battery life is good. Windows Vista does at great job, i'm guessing, because this laptop was designed for this OS. I bought the first Toshiba laptop for my oldest daughter, I bought this laptop for my second daughter, and next year when I will have to buy a laptop for my younger daughter, there is no doubt in my mind that I will purchase a Toshiba laptop. This laptop uses Norton 360 virus protection, which does a really good job. It does not slow down the computer at all.

4 1/2 Stars - Great Buy
I've had this laptop for about 3 months and I love it. It's generally fast, has good features, is light and slick looking. It's not too heavy to carry around and comes with an extended battery.
The keyboard also has an especially cool feel. Really! I know that sounds silly, but it makes all the difference. I'm so spoiled by the feel of my laptop keyboard that I don't like typing on standard keyboards anymore.
I'd like to take off half a star because I think the touch-pad mouse gets too hot on occasion, and the battery lost some of it's battery life. (It's still got 4 1/2 hours, though.)
It's definitely worth buying!

Better than I expected.
This notebook is a 13,3" 2,26 GHz Core 2 Duo with 3 GB RAM and 320 GB HD. Ok. But... It has labeflash, extended battery and a radio turner. It would be better if it was a TV, but, for me that just bought because of the three first specifications... I strongly recomend. The price has come down since a I bought it.
