The instructions are written in poor English--with multiple misspellings and typos and the whole thing looks very cheap. It reminds me of one of those promo products you get when you open a new account with a bank. Which would be fine--if I got it free and it didn't cost me $30.
The software that comes with it simply doesn't work and gives me error messages when I try to merely install it. Googling for troubleshooting doesn't work either since this is such an obscure brand.
I feel horrible because in addition to wasting $30, this was a Father's Day Present. Massive FAIL. Keep shopping!

if you need the mac software

Buyer beware. Nice looking but lacked drivers!

The overall look of the unit is nice. But when I connected to a computer, the computer informed me that the device was not supported. I tried 3 computers with the same results. The unit should have had the drivers loaded on it and installed them when the unit was pluged in via the USB. There is no online support for the unit nor any type of software/driver downloads.
This was to be a mothers day gift that I was not able to give on mothers day.
Shipping was prompt and Amazon did all they could to resolve the issue. I ended up going with another brand.
