Simply Awful

(1 out of 5) by R. B. Udnik on Jun 24, 2009 (AK)
Silly me. I was wooed by the positive reviews this thing got. I should have listened to the bad ones. The instructions are written in poor English--with multiple misspellings and typos and the whole thing looks very cheap. It reminds me of one of those promo products you get when you open a new account with a bank. Which would be fine--if I got it free and it didn't cost me $30.

The software that comes with it simply doesn't work and gives me error messages when I try to merely install it. Googling for troubleshooting doesn't work either since this is such an obscure brand.

I feel horrible because in addition to wasting $30, this was a Father's Day Present. Massive FAIL. Keep shopping!

Bought this for my girl friend.....the directions are so bad she can't get any pictures on it. Don't waste your money!

Happy niece.

I gave this to my 10yr old niece and she's very happy with it. She shows her friends all her favorite pics on it. I might even pick one up for myself!

if you need the mac software

(4 out of 5) by Ariyeh Maller on Jun 17, 2009 (New York NY,USA)
This product seems to work fine. However, for me it shipped without the mac software (the PC software is on the keychain). It took a while to get the software from the manufacturer[...]

Returned the item

(1 out of 5) by Thomas E. Jones on Jan 19, 2009 (Oklahoma City, OK USA)
Unfortunately I can't say much because it did not work. Specifically, the device never brought up a monitor program and therefore I was never able to upload any pictures to it. The pre-stored pics looked ok but you know how it is, once you have seen them. I looked for firmware online, never found it. Amazon lived up to their guarantee as always with no problems.
