Where I live the average temperature is around 30ºC and the Bigwater 780e performance is great!. Let me give you a brief specs of my pc:

Case Coolermaster Cosmos 1000
PSU Coolermaster Real Power Pro 850W
CPU QX9650 @ 3.67GHz 1.33750V
Memory 4x1GB Super Talent 1333Mhz DDR3
Motherboard EVGA 790i Ultra Bios P07
Video 2 EVGA 9600GT SC SLI (Waiting for the GTX280 HC16)
Sound Auzentech Prelude 7.1 using SPDIF (Great Buy!)
Speakers Logitech Z-5500
Replaced all case fans with Thermaltake 120mm TurboFan
OS Windows Vista 32bit

Running for two hours at an ambient temperature of 30ºC I got on idle around 46ºC and then did a stability test to stress the cpu and the max temp I got was 58ºC. I also have to mention that the pump of the 780e is at 50% and the fan 80%.
Now I gonna talk about the installation. It wasn't hard to do, just remember to cut the tube with a cutter to make it uniform. Before installing it inside the pc I made an outside test to make sure there was no leaks. The test was a complete success, NO LEAKS!. The quality of the material used are great. I recommend this product.
BTW, the CPU cooler used before was an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro and with the same ambient temp I got on idle around 56ºC and under the stability test around 71ºC.
