Bought this to give to my 16yr old daughter as a xmas gift. Tested it before wrapping it up for her. The volume goes pretty high with none of that annoying static you get from some other Ipod Dock's. The same great sound quality for both the FM radio and cd. Really cool little boombox for a great price. It has the option to use "on the go" with batteries, although I'm not sure how long it will last on batteries. All in all really happy with my purchase!!

We needed a battery operated boombox for our DJ to use for off-site locations with no electricity. This boombox has the best sound we've ever heard in a little box - really big sound all around. It uses I-Pod or CD and has connectors for all the other needed stuff. Our DJ loves it and he's picky. I'm ordering two more right now.

If you want to get away from the small, tiny trend of iPod docks.. this is for you! The sound on this unit is GREAT for the money. Large item, but very lightweight with two excellent speakers on each end! The CD Player is great to listen to your old tunes you still want to keep.. while the iPod dock will charge and play any of our iPods. I was loving my radio, until it no longer recognized my Itouch. I've had it for about 6 months, and out of the blue it stopped working. I can't get it to play my Itouch. I'm heartbroken because I thought this was a great little radio.
