Simply a great little scale that really works! Even with Vista.
I replaced my old battery powered scale with this one and it's even better than I expected. This terrific little scale with it's USB connection gives me information on my computer screen of not only the weight of the item, but if you type in the zip code the item is going to it calculates the cost of most mailing options, 1st Class, Priority Mail, etc. It saves a trip to the USPS website to calculate costs. I'm sure there must be other scales out there that do this too but for me, I'm really glad I bought this one.

Couldn't be easier to use and does exactly what it is suppose to do.
Great product which I bought to use with my Dymo LabelWriter/Twin Turbo. I was wasting money misjudging postage with my manual scale. With this product I feel like I am paying exactly the right amount. It is very, very easy to use. Unfortunately, it does not atually pay for the postage or wash windows.

"Weighing" my options...
This scale is small, fits on my desk. It comes with software that tells you how much it will cost in postage. As a small internet business owner, I recommend that you purchase the 10 lb scale from this seller. It came to me faster than I thought.
Twice DOA - this scale is a non starter!
Might be a great scale if I could get it to work... ordered one and it arrived dead in the water. Second replacement came - we hooked it up and it worked for a day now it is dead as the proverbial doornail. Pelouze might want to upgrade their quality control inspection. We use many electronic items, sophisticated video and editing gear in our studio day in and day out so it is quite a surprise when something is so completely unreliable. Perhaps Dymo / Pelouze might want to consider having these units made in the USA instead of China... Lots of folks looking for work!
