Works great on my 2005 Honda Odyssey
I have a 2005 Honda Odyssey with factory installed Honda RES. I looked for options to replace my OEM Honda wireless headphones that have a flimsy plastic strip that is used for head size adjustment. The strip on the Honda headphones had ripped on 3 sets of headphones now.
I tried out these Audiovox headphones because they were pretty compact like my Honda originals, had a better design for head size adjustment, and this new model folds flat because the ear pieces pivot. They worked great right out of the box, and $30 a piece beats $80 for replacing the originals from Honda! Time will tell about battery life, etc. but first impression is great.

Not exactly what I expected . . .
I bought this to replace the headphones in my Honda Odyssey that had broken. While this is a very affortable replacement ($30 vs. $150 per head phone that the dealer wanted), they don't work perfectly. These fall off my 3-year-old's head a lot. They have an on/off button that is hard for my kids to remember to turn on/off. I feel that the batteries will need replacement frequently since we tend to leave them on most of the time. Also, the hearing pieces don't snap flat outomatically, thus requiring an extra step before you slide them on the car seat pocket. And, when we do slide them in the pocket, we accidently turn on the on/off button which uses up the batteries.

Works in Dodge Grand Caravan
I purchased this product to replace one of the headsets that came with my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. I did a lot of research prior to the purchase, but still had my fingers crossed when they arrived because I could not find any reviews that confirmed they worked with the Grand Caravan stereo. I'm happy to report they work great!

Better than OEM at 1/4 of price
My kids are brutal with our stuff - drives me crazy. We have a 2006 Odyssey and a 2007 MDX. I have bought Honda replacement headsets for 120 off ebay which my kids promptly trash after 4 months. It was either get rid of the kids or buy new headphones. Believe me, it wasn't an easy decision. So we opted for the headphones but I'd be da**ed if I was going to pay 120 per headset (3x). So I "settled" on these baby's figuring if they trashed these, I wouldn't be as pissed. Surprisingly, they have turned out to be great headsets - better than the originals. The sound is clearer, the range is better and it seems like they don't have to be pointed exactly at the unit to still get quality sound. Another advantage is that you can put 2 AA batteries in the sets vs. 1 one the OEMs. As an other reviewer pointed out, you do have to have the kids turn off the power button after use, but my kids are good about this ever since I put their names on the headsets and made a rule that your batteries can only be changed once a month. They are definitely comfortable for my kids ages 7, 11 and 13.
Had these for about a month. We'll see how they survive our family.

great replacement wireless car headphone at a great price
we have an audiovox dvd player in the car. after many hours of headphone use, the kids wear out and break the ones we have (stepped on, stretched out, etc). I have been searching to find replacement headphones, since Circuit City went out of business. these headphones are similar to the ones we had, however they actually turned out to be nicer. they fold flat, so that should help with some of our breakage issues. Additionally the ear covers seem to be better material and softer. They work great. good clear sound. Best of all, they were considerably less expensive than the other ones we have been purchasing in the past. Overall, a good quality headphone for the kids to use for the car dvd player.
