It fell off of a low coffee table and now it's junk. I plan to get another one, but I plan to put some padding on it just in case. I've seen people complain about it getting weaker over time, and it's probably because they dropped it.

however,it can be seen very well in the night an in a very dim house.

Surprisingly powerful green laser pointer. Visible for miles and brags a clearly visible beam at night or in a dark room. The batteries that came with it didn't work but that was expected. I recommend for outdoor use only, as the diode is very bight. Also putting it in the freezer for a few minutes before use improves its performance. definitely a 5/5

awesome pen
(5 out of 5) by Brett Withjack on Jun 23, 2009I'd put down something I like the most about the pen but you really can't with such a great product. What you get for the price is AMAZING and is definitely worth it. I might even buy another one. Another plus is that it takes AAA batteries and not those annoying little watch batteries you say you will get the next time you're at the drug store but never do because you don't know what size they are. LOVE IT.
