Great Solution for Panasonic KNX-TG200/400 phones

Specifically, the #1 key, which fails rather quickly. The improved replacementkeypad from Priority 1 Business Solutions are a brilliant fix. Not only do they offer double the contact area of the original Panasonic keypad, the instructions sent with the product are clear, exact and impossible to mess up. These keypads from Priority 1 save this Panasonic system and keeps it running for years. Bravo to Priority 1!

From useless to Like New in less then 5 minutes!
(5 out of 5) by Chris Perkins on May 20, 2008 (Georgia)Folks, if you have the Panasonic cordless phones that have developed key problems or even have worn the numbers off the key pad, this product will solve your problem. When my phone system went bad one headset at a time, I purchased the newer panasonic phone system which I don't like nearly as well as my old system. Later, when I was attempting to get my old system back in working order, I ran across these replacement key pads and took a chance that it would fix the problems I had had. Not only did it fix the key problems, it restored the entire keypad to where all the numbers are ledgible again. The installation was actually quicker then it appeared to be in the video. I believe anybody can either watch the video or follow the supplied instructions to install this keypad. Even better is that the product promises to be more reliable then the original keypad! I can't think of a better product that will restore a fairly expensive phone system to like new. Buy this product and you won't be dissapointed.

Works as stated. Video and Print Instruction Manual provided

The video instruction was above and beyond what we expected. They also provided a print version of installation instructions. It was very helpful as well.
