EXCELENT TV STAND

(5 out of 5) by JamesD on Feb 20, 2009 (United States)
This Stand when it came was packed supberb!
It is all wood except for the sides and inner wall.
The hardest part of putting it together was unpacking it.
I liked the folding assembly, made the job SIMPLE!
I had it together in less then 45 minutes.
All the hardware was there and it was good hardware. lock washers and flat washers for the bolts.
It has a beautiful finish and is solid as a rock after assembley!
It would hold ANY large panel TV. Lots of room for componets and adjustable shelving.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a stand for a larger TV!
The price and quality beat any that my wife and I looked at at 8 or 9 furniture stores.
This is a nice piece of furniture for any room.

Great Value!

(5 out of 5) by Diane on Jan 8, 2009 (Michigan)
This entertainment center is well made, easy to assemble and arrived quickly. The serviceman that set up our large screen TV was impressed with the quality of the piece and he asked where we had purchased it.

Nice looking - overall good value

(3 out of 5) by Denise A. Coleman on Oct 12, 2009
This TV console looks great in our family room and easily holds our 46" HDTV. It wasn't incredibly difficult to assemble, nor was it nearly as easy as some others had reviewed. The biggest complaint we had were the MANY pinholes that are in the wood on top of the furniture, as well as some that are in other areas. From far away they aren't terribly noticeable, especially once the TV was placed on top. Also, there were a couple of chips in the finish that had to be filled in (it looked like damage that might have occurred in handling or packing). After we assembled it and saw the issues, we called the customer service number that was in the packing materials, left a message (it was late at night, so we weren't bothered by that), but were never called back!! We realized that it would be a tremendous nuisance to try to disassemble the console in order to get it exchanged, and we did like the way it looked in the room. So we went to Home Depot to find a furniture repair stick. We bought the console at a sale price that was very good. There was some confusion with my order and then the price had gone back up to regular price, but after several tries Amazon did honor the sale price, which was another reason why we decided to keep the console and fix it ourselves.
