It's about the size of an Apple iPod Nano. It has a solid metal back so it has a solid feel to it. It's touch screen I found easy to use, and so was the simple drag and drop of the music and video files. I have seen the 3 button version before, but it's bigger, made of plastic, and overall has a cheaper quality to it. This one may cost a few dollars more, but it's well worth it.
