I had 4 GB before (from this same item) and I decided to buy this again to get 8G of memory that combined with my AMD Phenom II X4 processor makes a real difference when talking about performance. I recommend this item = p

Ram has been performing wonderfully so far. Haven't gotten in to the bios to get the memory running near 1066 but the processor comes first. First four gigs were good enough for me to come back for two more.

Put these two memory sticks on an Asus P5Q Pro motherboard paired with a Quad Core Q9550, running Vista 64 Bit. Everything runs absolutely hunky dunky. The memory is rock solid.

I've run this computer 24x7, continuously folding@home (all 4 cores running 100%) for the past three months with absolutely no hickup at all. The Q9550 runs at around 44degrees C. Just to be sure I did enter the Bios and manually set the memory to 1066 MHz, (it had posted at 800Mhz). Frankly, didn't notice any difference. This machine is also folding on the graphics card constantly which ups the internal temperature of my machine. The graphics card runs at 80degress C continuously.

Strong, solid, well built memory. The nice looking Z cover on the sticks is impressive. Adds a bit of structural strength and supposedly cools the chips better. This is a tremendous bargain.

Ótimo equipamento. Não tive problema nenum com o kit dual channel. Diferente de outros reviews elas rodaram direto em 1066mhz.

Metade do preço do Kit encontrado no Brasil.
