Beware!!! False Advertising...these are NOT Canon filters!!!!!

Beware--NOT made in Japan

They or course write "Japan Optics" on the lenses, but the box clearly states, "Made in China." I would not waste my money on these if I were you. I'm hoping to get a refund.

amazon misleads you....these are not canon...!!!!!!

Yes, if I had read down to the reviews and the lower parts I would have seen what I also encountered. This is MISREPRESENTATION........I trusted Amazon before, no more, look at the listing:

Better Bang for your Buck
(4 out of 5) by Rafa on Jul 30, 2009 (Sonora, Mexico)They arrived before the estimated delivery date. Also i dunno what's with all the neg comments, these filters are better than what you're paying for them, even though they're plastic, they don't feel that cheap or mess with your shoot.
The half a star off i gave them is for the reflection between the UV filter and the lens showing up in the pic... this is because the lens isn't antireflection-coated, but I KNEW that, as i photographed directly a lightbulb to test white levels... the other lenses are fine, specially the polarizer one.

Not Uniform Size

Helmenstine on Jun 28, 2009 (Myrtle Beach, SC USA)Filters are great for protecting lenses and for enhancing shots, but I'm probably going to replace these with a different set. They don't fit well and there is a little bit of optical distortion from them. I haven't had any issues with the UV filter, but the fluorescent filter does not fit as well as it should and the polarizing filter won't fit my Canon lens comfortably at all. All polarizing filters are not created equal anyway. I believe this filter is colored in addition to simply polarizing the light.
The filters are ok for the price, but they are not great. The little case that comes with them is nice.
