Exceeded my expectations

(5 out of 5) by Budget-minded on Jul 13, 2009 (Broken Arrow OK)
I still live in the low-resolution TV world and wanted to get rid of monthly cable costs for the little time we spend watching TV. I live about 10 miles from downtown Tulsa. With the new antenna I get about 20 channels and all are wonderfully clear, both video and audio. The antenna is just proped up next to my TV in the living room.

Great antenna

(5 out of 5) by Richard K. Kohl on May 1, 2009 (Fort Wayne, IN)
Small, very little assembly required, pulls in all the digital stations great. I live fairly close to the broadcast towers and was warned that I was under the umbrella of the broadcast signal and it would be difficult to get all the signals without problems. I had an old Satellite dish on the roof that was just for local channels, it is not necessary any longer. I removed the dish and installed the antenna on the existing post and reused the coax. I get all the local signals on my HDTV and on my old tv with the cheap converter.

Clearstream2 Antenna review

(4 out of 5) by Daniel J. Russell on Apr 7, 2009 (Tulsa, OK USA)
My wife and I live in an apartment that gets horrible reception. We tried every indoor antenna we could find at Wal-Mart and even one of the more expensive outdoor antennas. We finally broke down and bought the Clearstream2 Antenna. It didn't work indoors either (for us...I've heard it has worked for others) so I bought 25 ft of HD coax cable and put it outside on our balcony. It worked! Now we get perfect HD reception and we're saving tons of money not having to pay for cable.

Great Antenna but do your research

(4 out of 5) by A. Konkle on Mar 26, 2009 (Livonia, MI)
I purchased this antenna from Buy Now. The Antenna pulls in excellent hd signals from the line of sight stations within 35 miles of me. It is also strong enough to supply two televisions. Goodbye cable. I haven't placed the antenna in its final so a few signals that I really want are blocked by rooflines. Remember that DTV is sensitive to edge defraction from distant stations. www.tvfool.com tells most of the story.

I think with a pre amp and fine tuning the clearstream will be a great antenna.

Fantastic

(5 out of 5) by derwood harris on Mar 16, 2009 (W Cola, SC)
This thing is brilliant. I hung it from the curtain rod facing out the window and it picks up all the available stations perfectly, and I am about 22 miles from the farthest ones. I plugged in the cable to it, but before I plugged it into the converter box, I wanted to look at the signal from the rabbit ears first for comparison. The rabbit ears had nothing. The Clearstream 2 seems to have sucked up all the signal so the rabbit ears were dead. It also picks up the analog channels better than the rabbit ears did. Also I ordered it from Amazon with Supersaver shipping... it shipped on the 11th and I got it on the 13th. 10 of 10.
