I was hoping for more. The picture was poor, particularly from an angle off dead center and the sound was weak and thin. I returned it for a 19inch Samsung which is much better.
Basic but does the job

Bought this for our kitchen. Nice size and decent picture. The sound is not too good though, very tinny sounding. Good TV for the price.
This is a nice small television

If you're looking for a small television with a nice picture, this is a good buy.

I ordered and received my ViewSonic 16 inch t.v. about a month ago. The t.v. was shipped in a timely manner and was intact and in working order when I received it. The set up and operation is fairly straightforward. The picture is good as long as you don't get too far to either side . The speaker quality is o.k. for voice reception but leaves much to be desired for music. The best feature is its relatively small size. This is the first LED t.v. I have owned and my experience is with analog cathode tube t.v.s.

The sound is less than average for a TV. Most importantly, the picture is complete crap unless you look directly at the screen. So, if you have to look up or down at the monitor the picture REALLY stinks. If you are going to look at it straight on it is only OK. It is fairly easy to set up. The remote is fine. Over all, it is a throw away TV at best.
