Batteries

(3 out of 5) by Lawrence Diggs on Feb 2, 2009 (Roslyn, SD USA)
Set is very good. However, their customer support is very bad. When the battery dies, and it will, it does not appear that you will be able to get new batteries. I tried to get an answer to this question but the company was completely unresponsive. Makes me think they are planning to sell a lot of new ones in the near future. So think of it as a very temporary solution.

Lovin' these!

(5 out of 5) by Daniella Allen on Jan 3, 2009 (San Francisco, USA)
I will admit I was a little suspicious at the price tag and the claims of high quality, as I have had wireless headsets/phones before, and they were terrible. Even stopped working after just one use.

So when I got my package today, I was optimistic but cautious. I fiddled with the manual, which is a bit confusing at first, plugged them in, charged them, and finally used them...

Imagine my surprise when the audio quality is only slightly, SLIGHTLY worse than my pair of expensive Skullcandy headphones, to where I don't really even notice it. I then tested it by running around the house, to the kitchen, the bathroom, and even a bit outside... and there was never a change in quality! Not even a LITTLE bit!

The battery life is good, I'm extremely appreciate that it is rechargeable via USB similar to my MP3 player, it has volume control on the ear...

I have yet to test the mic, but I feel confident it will be fine. I am VERY satisfied with these, and for a much more reasonable price than the other wireless headsets I had been looking at (and those also had less features and a lesser rating!). Wonderful headset.

Not so good

(2 out of 5) by M. Harmison on Mar 30, 2009
I got this for use with Skype. The acid test for a headset to me is what my colleagues say about how I sound. Right off the bat, without me even asking, three people said it sounded terrible. I switched back to my cheap Logitech wired set and returned this. I will keep looking. Even if it had done a good job on my voice I think I might not have been happy with it in the long run due to comfort issues. The band is pretty springy and put a bit too much pressure on my ears for hours of wear.

I've found over 10 years of telecommuting that price has no relationship to quality in headsets. My favorites have consistently been the cheap ones. Even the fancy Plantronics sets could not compete against my old $20 job I got at Staples (it finally broke physically).

very good wireless headset

(4 out of 5) by Keith Kim on Feb 19, 2009 (baltimore, maryland)
I am very impressed with this wireless headset. It's setup is as easy as it gets. You just plug in receiver to usb port push the pairing buttons and well thats it. The sound quality is very good with hardly any interferences. I got this headset because of the good reviews. The only negative reviews were due to product failure of defective item. Non due to the quality of its functionality. For the price you pay for this headset its a very good deal. I was going to purchase the logitec wireless headset, but upon reading reviews I purchased this one. So far i am very happy with my decision.

Sounds great, but had a problem with Mic

(4 out of 5) by Mildred Noskov on Mar 13, 2009 (New York, NY United States)
This headset works well. The sound quality is great. It works well without downloading software, just plug and play. However, after a few days the microphone just stopped working. I had to contact the company and they replaced it. So far the new one works well.
