Lot of features, but volume and sound issues
Pros: -the video converting software was simple enough
-videos were clear, once in a while some graphics got distorted in a small part of the screen but that might have been due to the quality of my video
cons:*-I am partly returning this player because the lowest volume setting is not quiet enough when I am indoors. It starts to hurt my ears. I lowered all of the EQ settings, and tried various EQ settings but, it was still too loud, and it lowered the sound quality. It was also perhaps too much treble. I tried using a few different headphones and some were able to reduce the treble a little. But, the difference was not good enough for me. It seems like there a few other people out there who had the same issue if you look on the sansa fuze forum official website. I would invest in the headphone volume control if it were not for the fact that I realized I also would just prefer a smaller mp3 player. In comparison, the ipod shuffle 2nd generation has less "treble", and therefore easier on my ears. I can not remember which had the better sound quality.

Great Value w/ the 8GB micro SD Card
I have had my fuze for about 2 weeks. I bought it with the 8gb Kensington micro sd card for $19.99. The total was $64.95 for a 10gb total fuze, which is about $20 less than what the 8gb fuze is going for.
Build Quality - So far I have found the build of the fuze to be very solid. I love the rubbery back cover. I don't think that it helps it not slide around, but it does keep it from getting scratched up.
Ease of Use - I have found the fuze to be pretty intuitive with its user interface. The only issues I have had is trying to up load any videos or pictures. From what I understand you have to change the format for the fuze to recognize them. I have an Ipod also and love the ease of adding music to the fuze with media player compared to Itunes. As long as you have your sync cord you can add music from any computer with media player. One slight draw back is the length of time it takes for the fuze to refresh each time it is synced. I have the 8gb card a little over half full and it takes a good 2 minutes to refresh. I assume this will continue to increase with more music being added or if I eventually move to a 16gb card.
Sound/Video quality - I have found the sound quality to be very good. I am no audiophile, but I think it sounds as good as my Ipod.
I do find that I need to really turn up the volume when playing through my car stereo (I use a tape adapter) or running it through the computer speakers. The only video I have watched on it was the one that came loaded. I would say the video is adequate for what it is. I really don't plan to use this for video playback though.
Battery Life - The battery life seems to be getting better. I don't know if it needs burned in a little, but I can get somewhere around 18-20 hours of use before it would need to be recharged. It also recharges rather quickly.
Overall - I really love this little thing. I love the FM radio feature, which I have found to work rather well in my area. I think the 2gb unit with the 8gb micro sd card is an awesome value at around $65. Buy it without hesitation!

Great MP3 Player
After doing a lot of research on several different manufacturers, I settled on the Fuze because it has expandable memory. I had a first generation iPod Shuffle and did not like the device or its software in the least. iTunes is the least friendly music program out there. Window Media is much easier to get along with. I can load items onto the Fuze from any PC, which is nice since I use a variety of computers. It took some education for me to figure out how to load video, but with the Sandisk media converter software, it works just fine. I'm using it mostly for entertainment while I donate plasma (a 2 hour process) since I can't read a book very easily while donating, watching TV programs and listening to audiobooks on this device is perfect. I'm not a jogger or workout fanatic, and I don't have a long commute to work, so having playlists and thousands of MP3s wasn't terribly important to me, but I'm discovering that I can't get enough music to put on it at this point! You can't beat this MP3 player for the money, it's a steal!

I love it!
At the risk of repeating everyone else's reviews here, let me just say :
This is a sweet MP3 player! And I have had several over the years.
1. Windows XP recognized it immediately as a Sansa Fuze 2GB player when I plugged it into the USB port. No proprietary software is required... just plug it in and get started.
2. Use plain ol' Windows Media Player to rip your favorite songs from audio CDs and create WMP playlists, then transfer the playlists (complete with album art, even!) to the Sansa Fuze. Believe me, they could NOT have made this any easier.
3. I filled up just over 1GB of my Sansa with 88 songs each sampled at a 320 Kbps rate. And thanks to the easy navigation menus, I can find any of those songs within seconds.
I have not yet tried it's video capabilities, but I don't care about that anyway. When I'm working out at the gym, all I want is my music... and this thing as an MP3 music player is worth the price alone.

Great mp3 player
I did some research before I bought this product for my son, almost all the reviews were positive. It was to be a Christmas present so I added some songs and tested it out to make sure I was happy with this product. I liked it so much I went out and purchased a 4 GB for myself, The sound is incredible, the ease of adding the music was fantastic, and it was so small that you don't even feel it carrying it around. I did purchase a clear plactic case for it so that my son wouldn't be able to scratch it up, you know boys will be boys. I highly recommend this product.
