Shows higher signal strength numbers when used, but in practice, I have yet to see the antenna allow me to connect to a marginal signal that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to (with internal OEM adapter in my laptop). Nor have I seen it increase my speed. Finally, the clip will not work with my small laptop screen -- it is designed only for screens with very thin borders. Not worth it.

I bought this to borrow my neighbor's free signal. Overall it works well. Only disappointment is that my Work Laptop receives a stronger signal.

We have tried a few other wireless web enhancers. This one works great and without fuss.

We have been struggling for months to find a wireless antenna that was strong enough to reach our modem that is in the window of a detached metal garage about 15 feet from our house. This beauty works like a charm. We have never been disconnected due to lack of signal strength. We have even watched whole movies on Netflix without having to stop and wait for it to load. Absolutely love it!

This little gizmo works just as advertized. Installation was a snap and it picks up my 801 N wireless router signal through four walls flawlessly.
