I was very excited to get this product... actually ordered 2 of them, one for home and one for work. However after receiving and trying them, I have found that they both are very hard to hear with. My phone at home usually has to be turned down to be comfortable listening to people talk and with this headset I still have trouble hearing with volume turned all the way up. At work it is nearly impossible hearing in an area that can be noisy. They are also somewhat uncomfortable your ears can feel pinched. Very disappointed. We are considering returning, but will be wasting about 13.00 to cover the shipping fees which I learned are non refundable.....I would advise to think twice before getting this headset.
works fine
I'm impressed with this headset. The mouthpiece is not obtrusive, and the earphones fit snugly. The only thing is that my ears get tired after wearing it for an hour or so.
Excitement turned to disappointment
I work in a home office and it can get a bit noisy when the kids get home. I got these headphones because they cover both ears. I was hoping they would block out more of the sound. At first I was very excited about the purchase. The headphones slid on easily and they were very, very comfortable. They felt like I could wear them all day. One small issue that cropped up immediately was the length of the cord. I had to lean over my desk for the cord to reach comfortably from the phone to me. I quickly went online and ordered a 6ft extension. You'll want to do the same.
The big test came when I dialed into a conference call moments later. While the other people on the call could hear me great, I had a hard time hearing anyone at all! The sound level on these headphones was significantly lower than the $12 panasonic headset I was trying to replace (it's uncomfortable), and try as I might I could not get the volume any louder. I had to excuse myself from the call and switch back to my other headset so I could complete the call. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in this headset. It started out so promising with how comfortable it is, but unfortunately it's now in a box on the way back to amazon.

Nice!!....is all i have to say...
I don't think any headset could beat this one...as for the person saying that the headphones are hurting their ears...take off the foam padding or whatever you call it, off of the earpieces...it won't be uncomfortable and won't hurt your ears at all. that's what i had to do.
uncomfortable
Too tight, difficult to hang over the ears. If you can get it on, it has good quality sound.
