Even though the Sansa Clip is cheap and rugged, it's never a bad idea to have an extra margin of safety to protect your investment. This sleeve fits perfectly and has already helped cushion my player a couple times from falls. Most importantly, it does not impede the operation of the controls on the player in any way.

This case was extremely inexpensive and paid for itself the first week when I dropped the Clip with no damage. The only issues are that it blocked the microphone (I used a hole punch to cut an opening) and that there are no directions as to how to get it around the Clip (I removed the clip, slid the Clip through the side opening, and reattached the clip).

Cover fits snug and does give it cushion if you bang it around. No problem pushing buttons through the cover.

Small on price - Big on peace of mind. This little silicone glove is just the ticket to help ensure that all of my family's Clips (three 4GB and an 8GB) stay in tune! It fits perfectly, not hindering the player's operation in any way, and should provide the protection needed for most any of life's "oops!"

Having just bought a Sansa Clip 4GB, I needed some protection for it. Now, I'm sure the Clip is very rugged, but I don't want to take any chances, even if the player only costs $50. This case helped me protect my investment. Good buy.
