Amazing sound. Easy to set up. It didn't come with the right insert for my 2nd gen Nano, so I had to pay $5 extra for that part, but that's ok. Only issue is that if you have a mac, you'll want to keep the two separated, because the remote for my iMac will control the iPod if I point them in a similar direction.

Very disapointed as the product has a known interference issue with the iPod touch which is certainly not advertised. The sound is great with other iPods but as soon as I add my iPod touch you can hear significant interference. After communicating with the manufacturer it would seem that this product flaw is known yet most of the advertising I see (including Amazon) show the IHBR with the iPod touch !
I will be returning my iH9BR shortly and would NOT recommend this product if you have an iPod touch !

This product may be a good item, but beware of Electronics Expo's customer service. Expedited shipping means nothing, it's just a way for them to make money and still ship the slowest way possible. And they may promise you a credit for shipping (only after repeated requests), but they'll never follow through. Get this product if you want it at Best Buy instead.

i've only had this product for a month, but so far so good. i love the dimming backlit time display and the soft, yet effective alarm buzzer that doesnt make you feel like your having a heartattack! the fading in and fading out of the music is a really sweet touch when you set your alarm to wake you by ipod. you can create a special playlist to wake/sleep to which is really cool. so much better than a regular alarm clock. i have no complaints!

About 90 days after purchase my iH9 began to fail. First the lights on the display started to flicker, then the radio tuner stopped working. Now nothing works. The warranty is only 90 days, so I have no recourse. Stay away from this product!!!
