the power supply and user options of this product make it practically useless for anyone wanting a good sound source. i think amazon.com should drop this item from its listings. the product amounts to a customer rip-off.

I thought it was a sweet deal after I figured out how to synchronize it till I used the charger plug that came with it for the first time and burned the unit out. If you want to throw away your money buy this player if not pass it up and make sure the item you pick has good reviews. Next time I will make sure I read the customer ratings before I buy anything again on amazon.

This product is not worth even 5 cents. It does not shuffle the music you put into it, you cannot download videos to it and it is impossible to find anything on. It is basically just a peace of junk. Last week I was just charging it because it wouldn't turn on and now all I get is an hourglass. When I plug it into the computer the computer cannot even recognize it anymore so I cannot even format it or anything to get it restored. IT IS JUNK!!!!!!!! Do NOT waste your hard earned money on it!! I even tried to get some technical assistance from the company that sells it here and they wouldn't even answer my emails.

this product is the worst mp3 player ever mine stop working two days after I bough it , all the features were really inconvenient ,do not waste your money buying this product it doesn't have a brand name or a number were you can call and complaint ,products like this should not be apcepted in amazon is totally Disrespectfull and makes me lose time and money,one more time do not waste your time ,money and pacience buying this from now on my mision on hearth will be prevent other from comiting the same mistake I made.

This is a great product which is very cheap. Although the quality is not that good but not that bad either, the variations and other stuffs are awesome. This product comes with alot of other products. One reason why I am supporting this item is because its just 38$ and this is a great product.
