Great quality

I will be ordering more Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II based on the quality of the printed photos I made recently. The finish is excellent, the photos sharp and clear and this paper is a perfect match for the Canon PIXMA MP810.

Excellent paper...

I have used this paper for several years. I have found it to be of excellent quality. The feel and finish of the produced prints rivals labs (depending of course on your printer!). I have used the Canon paper in Canon, HP, and Epson and got great results with each. Of course each manufacturer recommends their own paper (why wouldn't they?), but I have stuck with this and been pleased with the results.

This is truly the best photo printer paper I have used. The pictures look professional when you print on them and you can't beat the price here on amazon.

The only photo paper I ever buy

(5 out of 5) by Eduardo on Dec 5, 2009
Low cost and excellent results. I'm not expecting these pictures to last over 100 years, so I think I'll be all right with how ever long the paper is good for. Besides, your printing a digital image, just print it again in 50 years!

Much better than the 8x10 and 8.5x11" Glossy

I have used HP Glossy Paper for Years, but with a new Canon printer, I decided to try the Canon Glossy Photo Paper in 8x10 format and then 4x6. I was not as pleased with the drying time of the 8x10 Canon paper, although colors were great. However, the 4x6 Canon paper was well worth the money, the colors were bright, and the drying time was about an hour.

When I say "drying time," I'm addressing the time that the print remains too tacky to put into an album or frame. Although HP is much faster drying (the 8x10 and 8.5x11 dries in 45 minutes compared to Canon's 24 hours), Canon is certainly acceptable in 4x6 format. And I'll give it 5 stars because the cost is reasonable. I haven't figured out the cost per print yet, but when you read that 70% of HP's profits came from ink, you don't really want to know. (Figures for Canon couldn't be found since Canon makes cameras and other things that HP no longer is into.)
