Perfecto
I ordered this last week and it had no reviews but i saw its demo video on youtube and was blown away on how elegant it was. The installation was insanely easy since all i did was take it out of the box plug it into car charger(since it was new and needed charge) and turned it on. Recognized my phone instantly and like magic it had all my contacts imported into it. The microphone is OUTSTANDING as I randomly called people to see if they noticed I was on a speaker phone and no one did. The volume level out on its speaker is crisp and loud enough to hear on the freeway which for me is important since I live on the road.
Oh and most importantly this item looks beautiful on your visor and makes all passengers want one with its elegant glossy look. ;)

Wonderful!
I purchased the product 1 month ago and was initially worried that the product would not be compatible with my new iPhone 3g. However, was pleasantly surprised when I tried pairing it with my Phone, because it worked! it worked! A little perk to the product is the ability to switch seamlessly between phones. There is a little button on the right or left/ depending on how you position the handsfree, that allows you to circle through a list of most commonly paired phones! Not only does it do this, but it can be done without looking at the OLED display because it reads the name of the phone! The volume of the product is loud enough to mask out highway noise! Battery life on this product is also excellent.. i only need to charge this baby every 2 weeks :)
Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend you get it asap! :)

Very Good, but Not Great and maybe some minor bugs
I purchased this several months ago after I returned a BlueAnt Supertooth3 (which had a great speaker, but people couldn't hear me... , though my brother's works well, so I may have gotten a lemon).
The HCB150 looks great, has a great speaker, and generally has a good microphone. However, I have had some annoying intermittent issues.
1. Sometimes without warning the blue tooth connection is dropped. Which can be a pain if you don't notice it... and continue talking to nobody for a minute or two(my phone keeps the call active, I just have to pick up the phone again). However, I'm not sure if this issue is caused by my phone dropping the blue tooth connection, or the HCB-150 dropping the connection.
2. Randomly the keys seem to lock-up (i.e. I press the button to end the call, and nothing happens, the call stays connected no matter how many times I press the button or how long I hold the button. This is annoying, but you can always kill the call on your cell phone.... some other keys have seemed to lock up on me as well)
Overall the sound quality of the speaker has been great, my friends tell me that my connection is generally very clear (a few cases where it was fuzzy). The ability to "scroll" through multiple phones is great. My wife can quickly pair her phone to the device while I'm driving, or visa versa.
The annoyances have been minor, but are large enough for me to drop this from 5 stars to 4 stars.

Doesn't Live Up to Expectations
I have an LG Dare, so I take some blame for trying to use a non-Sony Ericson with the HCB-150, but I really tried to make this speakerphone work for me.
Positives:
- OLED alphanumeric display
- Voice that speaks contacts when calling out, when I get a call, etc.
- Good speaker and reception
Negatives:
- Occasionally drops connection with my phone which is on my waist about 3 feet away
- Many times I can't turn it on with holding down on the on button. Sometimes holding the reset (push both hang-up and send key) helps but not all the time.
- It rarely turn on in the hot car.
- My phone has a GPS feature which I use the HCB-150 to listen to directions but it drops the connection when the phone is not saying anything.
It would have been a really cool product if it worked better on my phone, but then again, it wasn't made for my phone.

Works Great With Sony Ericcson W760a
I love the Sony Ericcson HCB-150. It works great with my cellphone.(Sony Ericcson W760a) It was easy to set up and operation is relatively simple. It looks attractive on my car's sun visor and the sound is crystal clear.
