I purchased this MP3 player for my teen-age son's easter gift. It was his first and I wasn't even sure he'd actually use it after months of saying he wanted one. He absolutely loves it and doesn't leave the house without it!

It's even stood up to the abuse of a young teenager; being dropped on the sidewalk, landing on it when falling at the roller rink....

I would suggest this one to anyone looking for an MP3 player.

I bought this mp3 player for my 8 year old for Christmas, and so far he has loved it! It holds lots of songs, and it has held up well. The only negative is that it uses a battery instead of recharging off of your USB port, but we use a rechargeable battery to help with that.

You cannot beat the value on this product. It slim on extras but that what i wanted.

bought a these so my wife's 3rd grade class could listen to their guided reading exercises without her having to worry about scratched CDs or getting the small groups to listen to a stereo without disturbing the other small groups. These work great for this, the only issue is I don't want to put too many lessons on at once, because it is too easy to get lost since there is no screen to indicate track name or number. Otherwise, plays MP3s well and comes with decent earbuds.

This is a great item for music, however the Coby MP200-1G MP3 Player with 1 GB Flash Memory and USB Drive seems to play file randomly so if you want to listen to an audio book it makes it very hard, even if you place the files in order on the drive you get lost in the book. I bought it for my 13 year old son. Durability is great as well one of my dogs chewed on it and was left outside for a few days and still works like the day I got it. I would recommed it for kids that want to listin to music only.
