Good but you should go for the 9800gt

(4 out of 5) by M. Gonzalez on Oct 1, 2008
I just bought this card and it runs really well. But for a little more you can buy the 9800gt and get significant performance gain. I returned this card and bought the 9800gt.
This website has an excellent review of the card. http://elektronikworld.blogspot.com/2008/09/9800gt-review.html

Should tell you everything you need to know about the card.

Flawed, but should be fixed by now

(3 out of 5) by A. Hammoud on Sep 7, 2008
I needed a card for a budget gaming computer, to go with my Pentium D. It looked like a good choice, and it was...

I've got it running on a 305W supply fine, minimum recommended is 400W. Really happy with the performance, 1280*1024 and XP can max out settings on all source games, gears of war, bioshock etc..

However, the problems started when I tried playing Team Fortress, got the black screen of death issue. If you're ordering now, it should be fixed, but its the only reason its getting a 3 star instead of 5.

Buy this product.

Wrong Card

(5 out of 5) by Fabiola Eslava on Aug 14, 2008
I'm not sure how this happened I ordered the 9600 GT Superclocked 512mb DDR3 PCI-E 2.0 and they sent me the 8800gt of the same type instead. Just from the reviews i think the GT is more expensive then this card what i don't know is if the 8800 GT is better or not.

Great Card !

Great Card, very fast and not too expensive !!!
It needs at least a good 450W power supply, and that"s all.

big mistake

(1 out of 5) by Ron on Jul 15, 2008 (GA)
I am returning it. After using it for not even a month, my computer started shutting down suddenly and showing a major error. When I disabled the card, it works fine. Be careful before buying it!
