Blue Tooth Microphone barely works

Everything works great on this unit except for the main feature. I bought the unit from Crutchfield and the the people I called could barely hear me. Crutchfield replaced the unit and I had the same identical problem. Now I am trying the 5000 and it is working a little better, but still not properly. Be ware there is a design flaw with the microphone ...
