I love the TV that I purchased from Amazon. It is great and the picture is amazing. You cant and wont go wrong with this LCD. However, I will never purchase from Amazon again. First, I was told and promised that the unit was in stock and given a ship date and then a delivery date. The LCD shipped out 2 days later than the date I was given. I was still promised by CS at Amazon that the TV would arrive by the given delivery date...guess what? it was 2 days late arriving as well. Then I had a delivery set up for between 11:00AM and 3:00PM (they said they needed a 4 hr window and if the driver would be late, that he would call to inform or see if it would need to be rescheduled). The driver did not show up until after 5:30PM and NO call to let me know. He was then to unpack the TV and remove the trash. Nope, didnt do that either. I will never buy from AMAZON AGAIN.

I purchased this television in February of 2008 after doing weeks of research and comparing the picture quality to other HDTVs in store.

I could not be happier with this television. I have had it for over a year and it has survived two moves, and a toddler spilling a drink down the front of the LCD screen.

Once you view an action movie or a sports game on this Samsung, you will never be able to stand watching it on a lesser quality television. If you are a serious gamer, you will fall in love with the resolution, clarity and smooth motion.

If you are in the market for an LCD HDTV, you must buy a Samsung! I cannot wait until I can buy the Samsung LN32B550 32-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV with Red Touch of Color to use in my bedroom for movie watching and as a computer monitor.

I bought this Samsung LCD, in part, because of the "white-glove delivery". The company that delivered it is called Pilot Freight Services. It was supposed to be a two-man delivery. One guy with a van showed up and dragged my 52" LCD across my driveway and up two flights of stairs!!! He just set it in my living room and I had to ask him to help me take it out of the box and set it on my TV stand. The TV worked for a while and now shuts off and on frequently. Amazon is sending out another TV. I will NOT accept delivery if only one guy shows up. Beware of Pilot!!!

I ordered this TV from Amazon based on reviews from other Amazon users and CNET. I received it within a week in excellent condition and the delivery driver offered to set it up for me, but I wasn't ready for it yet (estimated delivery wasn't until the following week). As has been stated before, the picture on it is absolutely amazing, but the audio sucks really bad. I already have a surround system, so that isn't an issue for me. It's a shame the manufacturer didn't put more time and energy into a decent audio system for this TV. If they had, I would have given it a solid five stars.

I have had this TV for around 3 weeks and it looks awesome. Amazon shipping was quick and professional.
