The eq was updated so now you can set more specific sound control.
The usb port dont play divx format on any video format (only audio) that is very bad because the usb flash drive are very cheap against ipod.(it was updated on newest models, pioneer must release an uptade for this one)
The screen control button's right up was removed, so i have to press many functions on screen to can control brightness, color, angle... etc,
The rotatory volume is always better than up down... great¡¡¡
you have to buy an aditional cable to control the ipod, it most be directry controlled by the USB port. very bad...
so this unit still be so great... i recomend it if you are a quality sound and very usable person of this, it never fail... i had has every pionner's oldest models and never had a fail.

It was so simple to install that I ended up doing it myslef, except for the parking brake switch. The user interface is very user friendly, and adjustments to the audio and visual settings are very navigable and easy to use. I also purchased the Ipod cable for this unit and suggest it for any person thinking of buying this player. You actually control your ipod through the unit which is so much easier than dealing with an ipod in your lap or something like that. I am thinking of upgrading my sound system just because I have this awesome new head unit and would like to get better sound in my car for those action scenes that just need to be louder. I would suggest this product to all of my friends and anyone else considering an upgrade to their player.
