great value
(5 out of 5) by Insect Politician on Feb 4, 2009 (NJ, USA)I just put replaced the stock radio in my '06 Hyundai Elantra with this unit. I am very happy with it: reception is much improved (can get stations I couldn't before), and the sound is also way better.
The overall look is a little cheap and plastic-y, but that does not bother me. For the price, I got exactly what I wanted: A decent sounding head unit with an auxiliary input for my MP3 player (which the stock radio lacked).

Great for the money

The sound is great and I love being able to rip all my cd's onto the computer and make a couple of mp3 cd's instead of my entire collection. It was also the cheapest stereo that had a jack for an MP3 player. Bought a second one for my wife.

Great Stereo Without Any Doubts!!!
(5 out of 5) by R. Mazurenko on Jan 23, 2009 (Austin, TX)I bought this stereo one week ago. It arrived even 1 day earlier than i expected. Everything was nicely packed. To install it i had to go to Frys to buy harness for my Mazda. With it instalation went easy and smooth.
Now, about stereo it self:
1. Sound is great, crisp and clear
2. All control knobs and bottons located very conveniently
3. It reads IDtags from MP3 files however only first 17 charters
4. Has very nice and handy remote also it doesn't do anything unless pointed directly at the unit
5. Serfing thru CD with MP3's located in different folders is easy and user friendly
6. Display is bright enough to see everything even durring sunny day however you can see fool 88888888s even though you not supposed to!
7. Radio reception is very good in a city (haven't had chance to test it in the country yet)
8. For the price you pay you can't get better unless it's for free
I wasn't sure when i bought this unit cuz there was only too reviews at amazon.com and they both were SUPER and i don't really like to buy things like that, but i did it this time and totally HAPPY about it!
To make short conclusion - it is awesome car stereo with outstanding sound and set on function for it's price!
