a good product quality above all the same I think I made a good investment and the product arrived on time, without complications

This poduct has suprised me. I didn't evpect it to work this well. The only problem I had was that it wouldnt organize everything. Mine didn't come with a cord so I wrote the owner of the company and then imediataly he wrote me back telling me that he would send a new one.

This product is the best.

As far as the product goes, I don't care at this point. I rated this product 3 stars (a neutral rating) and someone from Pro Ebz contacted me at 11pm on e-mail, IM, and also called the person I bought this gift for at 11pm. To say that ProEbiz bugged me about giving them a neutral rating is an understatement. It was totally ridiculous! I will make sure that I never purchase an item from their company again!

I purchased this mp3player for my 11year old son. After researching the Ipod and other brands, i decided to give this one a try. First off, this little player is very easy to use. Downloading songs takes seconds. Delivery was super fast. The device is not very heavy It is just right. The graphics are clear and the touch screen works great. My son hasn't had any problems navigating the buttons. He also loves the fact that he can listen to his player with or without the headphones. The sound is crisp and clear with the headphones. It also comes with a sleeve, as the player is somewhat slippery.

I had my doubts at first, but this little player peforms!! My son has not put it down since he got it over a week ago. I would recommend this mp3 player, it really is great quality at an even greater price. I hadn't heard much about Pro Ebiz..... after some research, i could not find anything negative about the company or it's product. I can honestly say, I don't think you will be dissapointed.

This player does everything it says it will do. The movies, music, and pictures play back great on the player. The only thing that I dislike is the interface is a little slow and to use the radio feature you have to have the headphones plugged in (they act as the antenna). But these are minor quibbles especially at this price point. On a side note I wish there were more and better games for this. Don't buy this for the games.
