Lightning speed delivery, shipping & handling costs were very reasonable, the product looked good & was well packaged, when I had questions Pro Ebiz was very responsive and extremely clear with detailed instructions, and when things did not work out Pro Ebiz was very quick to provide a satisfactory resolution and I would do business with Pro Ebiz again.

After extensive research I was a little skeptical of purchasing this product. Thursday night I purchased this and Monday morning it was delivered to my job site. Packaging was perfect. When I got to the player itself, I was impressed. It looked like the Apple Ipod. Needless to say, I started playing with this gadget and everyone was coming to look. They thought it was the real thing. The touch screen is wonderful, the sound quality is great, and the player itself is beautiful and sleek. The click and drag feature for downloading music and photos is convient. I am still trying to figure out how to download movies...Emailed the seller and got a response the same day. After all is said and done, 3 people from my job are now ordering their teenagers and children this amazing mp3/mp4 player. One fellow co-worker is electronic savvy and actually owns an Apple Ipod touch..He was really impressed. We put them side by side and you couldn't tell the difference. Overall, I think my daughter will love this and I will recommend as well as do business with this company again...

I feel like it is my duty to make you all aware of the kind of products you are buying here. I have ordered the 4GB Touch Screen 2.8" TFT MP3/MP4 Music/Video Player + Accessories and only got to use the product for one month, then the screen went out. The company said that they could not fix the problem, but would give me a Nano 2nd generation knock off for five dollars shipping. I decided to do it since I was in need of something since I listen to my music when I run everyday. It got the new product, and the item will not turn on. I think that you should beware of the kind of products that are being sold. They are cheap knockoffs that don't work. If you are going to buy that much money you should get an item with a warranty that covers any problems, and a product that is good. I don't know where they got their items from, but they are very cheap. I have since bought a new mp4 player with a differant company and have had no problems. I just want you to beware that the products here don't last long, and are not covered with a good warranty. I think you should look for a differant company who has it's customers concerns at heart. I told this company of the problems with the second item, and they tried to tell me I was to dumb to know how to turn it on and charge it. Just Buyer Beware it is a bad company with rotten product. Save your money and go somewhere else, there is a reason they are so cheap.

Alrighty, I have no idea why there are so many people calling this thing junk. It's a decent MP4 Player. Mine came all new and in a box with a silicon protector. It's made of some pretty cheap material but as long as you have the protector you shouldn't need to worry about most falls. I've only had it for three days so I can't say much about how long it lasts. I'll update this if something goes wrong. For now, here's my list of Pro's and Con's....

Pro's
-Video converter works quickly to convert video's to a playable format.
-The video's look really good on it.
-I like my music ear-damagingly loud, and this thing can get pretty loud at 40 volume.
-The touch screen IS responsive. You just need to learn how to use it. (when listening to music and the screen turns off, tap the screen and wait three seconds for it to become active)

Con's
-Though the music screen, (when your listening to music) looks pretty bad, it could be worse.
-Like everyone said, the turning on and shutting down animation looks like it could have been done by a uninspired 5 year old.
-The video quality is good, but when displaying darker areas it can get a little blocky.
-None of the options in the settings menu are capitalized. Proper grammar is a big thing to me. May not be to other people.
-No option to choose genre, artist, play lists or albums. (though you can make them yourself with a bit of work)

Overall, I give it 4 out of 5. It does what it's supposed to do, but there are a few minor tweaks they could have made to make this thing great.

This player is the best thing next to an Ipod which I couldn't afford for my wife. She is so happy to have this and be able to watch her favorite movies when we go out places and she gets bored with me LOL. I am so glad to have found something for her since she is so hard to buy for. And Pro Ebiz is fantastic as far as support goes. She converts her movies into the correct format and she is in heaven. All I have to do is keep up with the mini discs it takes to hold all her movies. Thanks Pro Ebiz.
