Will not buy from this brand again.

However, due to the headache caused my pro ebiz mp3 player I will never buy another one from that brand. I have had a constant problem with it not recognizing files, files become lost, and there are files that are still coming up on the players list that where deleted long ago. It was not worth the money.

greatly disappointed

Was wary since i had never heard of the company before. She had some trouble in the beginning. But she loved it until it form a small hairline crack in the upper corner which soon traveled down the screen. Trying to contact the seller is a joke. Never buy anything from a limited liability co. Prior mp3's were all from creative should have known to stay with something that works. Never had any problems with them, just needed more room, we are going back. LESSON LEARNED!

Don't waste your money

I can't download any music and the CD that came with it didn't work either. The player came with the screen all scratched and no styllus came with it. Also, is not a quality article at all. Mine ended up in the trash can....
