I just love this small player. It's definitely worth the money. The first one I got quit on me after a month - no idea what happened, but amazon replaced it for me quickly and without any problems. I have no issues with the new one.

If you do have a problem, which I experienced after three weeks of normal use, good luck trying to get a response from Coby Customer Service. I've emailed three requests and have never received any response. I'm returning it ASAP and don't have much hope in ever hearing from them again or seeing my money. Pick another company from which to buy your MP3 player!
When the player worked, it worked okay. Easy to load, use, and navigate but forget about the headphones that came with the unit. A shuffle feature wouldbe nice instead of starting at file001 every time.

The Coby MP305 4G MP3 player is a low cost player with good features but you get what you pay for. About a month after purchasing the player, the FM radio quit working. Music files still play. Also the menu button doesn't always respond and you have to push it and move it around to get it to work.

I recently purchased this MP3 player to use outdoors when I'm working in my yard and garden. I wanted something small that would fit in a pocket and stay out of my way. This player serves my purpose well. I am so pleased with it-especially with the hold/lock button that keeps it from skipping and changing songs if I bump it. The only problem I had was with the headphones that came with it - they did not work with my ear shape and I had to purchase a separate set that inserted in my ears instead. Because of the cheap price for the MP3 player, I didn't feel cheated in any way. If you're looking for something simple to use for a specific purpose like I was, you won't be disappointed with this player

This is a great idea but does not function well. It hasn't let me save any of the files I've attempted. No computer recognizes it. I was really disappointed.
If you use windows media player you can store music on it however if you've used windows media player before you know how great that program is (I'm being sarcastic)!
Anyhow stick with one of the brand names you will spend more money up front but will actually get what you want.
