Excellent Bluetooth hands free speakerphone

Initially, I was pleased with it but I have friends who refuse to talk to me if I am using it as they say the sound quality is so bad
The unit has since broken, and the supplier Bargaincell, does not understand Customer Service.

Drops the call after 5 minutes
(1 out of 5) by M. Brennan on Feb 27, 2009Have tried this device with two phones now and with both of them it drops the call after exactly 5 minutes. Not sure what is up with that. Before the 5 minutes expires, it's fine and sound quality is pretty good. Currently am corresponding with BargainCell to see about an exchange/replacement unit. I'd be willing to upgrade my rating on this if this can be resolved - hopefully it's just a case of a flaky unit.
