ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE MONEY!

(5 out of 5) by Brooke M. Troth on Jul 16, 2009 (Missouri)
I bought this case so I could take underwater pictures on a float trip. I was tipped over & lost my camera in the water, after looking for it for awhile, we gave up.. then we came back FIVE DAYS LATER, and found it in PERFECT condition! Not only did this case last 5 days underwater with no leaks, there was only a scratch on it. I definitely got my moneys worth in just that trip!!!
&.. it's really easy to use :)

SO GREAT!

This was everything and more than I could have imagined!
I really wanted underwaterhousing for my camera after a recent trip to Puerto Rico. After going through the rainforests (where it really does rain!!!) And to the ocean--I decided to purchase the Marine Pack.
So glad I did--I will never go on another trip/vacation without it!
(Also works great in snowy weather!)

Shortcomings lie with the camera, not the Marine Pack

(5 out of 5) by M. Meyer on Jan 5, 2009 (Denver, CO USA)
The Marine Pack has worked fine for me on several occasions in Maui. There are a couple of limitations to keep in mind, however. After each use the case should be immersed in clear water for a half hour or so, and then carefully dried before it is opened. One is ill-advised to open it at the beach or on a boat to change out the battery, because of the risk of sand or salt water compromising the seal. As seems to be typical of digital cameras, Sony in particular, the T300's battery life is not too impressive, so one must constantly balance battery drain against the desire to be ready to shoot.

Again regarding the T300, it is a very nifty little item, but I have had mine in the shop twice already because the front lense cover jammed. It is an unfortunate two-piece design which has inexplicably been preserved in subsequent models.

Brilliant, easy to use, great shots and foolproof ...

WOW, so simple, so easy and the buttons are perfect.

I was thinking of buying a new under water camera and found this. Seriously glad I did, very good seal, great strap and SO easy to use.

Was worried about the pictures but got to say, very clear and I am a convert. Used on both the ocean and the pool, both great.

Great Product!!!

I purchased the waterproof case because I was going on vacation to Jamaica and I wanted to be a little careless and have a little more fun with my new Sony camera. I am now back and the case worked great. I was able to take the camera every where, the beach, the pool, ect. I didn't even have to worry about the sand. The camera worked the same as it does without it and I took some great underwater pictures of the family, it was a lot of fun. The only thing that is a little annoying is that the camera becomes way bigger in the case and much heavier.
