I thought this camera was great to begin with. It was 12mp camera that fit my budget ([...] after rebate at Office Depot) with 5x optical zoom. HD video recording at 720i with zoom capabilities was an extra plus. I bought a 4gb SDHC card because the guy at the store recommended it for this camera. On the down side this camera uses to much battery my AA only lasted about 12 pictures. Rechargeable batteries seem to work best. Another one would be that it has digital stabilization.
I have ordered the CRV3 battery (other option is KAA2HR) hopefully that will last much longer than my AA's did or else its back to the store for this camera.

Very user friendly. Takes great pictures and the software is great for editing. The only complaint it is has been freezing up occasionally.

I received this a gift for a "throw in my purse" camera and for the video option. The video was shaky, the images grainy and I am not at all pleased that the videos are in MOV format. I don't want to purchase or download another program just to be able to edit my movies, I have Window Vista, not an Apple. The software that came with it didn't provide the video support. Back to the store it goes!

Great product although the charge doesn't last as long as the site claims. I recommend getting the extra battery. I did and I was able to cut about 24 3 inch limbs off white pines using both batteries. Amazon's free shipping arived quickly and I am pleased with the purchase.
