Poor Communications with Seller

(1 out of 5) by Paul Getshure on Jan 20, 2009
Electronic Express never replied to the three emails I sent them about returning the product. Never buy from Electronic Express they will not contact you back and they were horrible with communications.

It's a great product, beautifull in my Clio/1.6 Renault. But the most important it's the navegation system wich is well done, easy to access the folders, fast. A great purchase!!!

A system that can grow with you..

(5 out of 5) by John T. Hatfield on May 26, 2008 (Pikeville, Ky)
I just want to say that I love this system and this is my first pioneer system. I just want to point out it will play with ANY Mp3 player and not just IPOD's. So don't go waste your money on a IPOD If you already got a mp3 player, alot of review sites fell to metion that making IPOD the center of attention. I have a Creative 2GB so it works and sounds great. Also it sounds great on my factory speakers but, getting ready to upgrade them to make it sound better. As for the controls...It does takes time to get used to but, thank god for the manual. The remote does help lots while driving. As for options, It has so many options that you will be there for every for the right sound for you and that is a good thing :).

Good little deck

What sells this product for me is the USB/iPod interface and the power output. I like the sound and the features. Things I don't like are the faceplate interface and the way the faceplate comes off/on. But those are minor things compared to what I do like.

Great radio! Sounds great!! only 1 con...

(4 out of 5) by Rolando Vargas on Apr 7, 2008

This radio works great and sounds just as great as well. This is my very first Pioneer ever so I had to read the manual to know how to make it work the way I wanted to. Once you get the hang of it, everything is OK.

The reason I got this radio instead of any other is because it's made for iPod... and my iPod is my life! so it's cool you can go through your playlist and genres and artist and everything just like in your iPod. The only con is that it "blocks" your iPod, so you can't use your iPod while it's connected to the radio. This is a con because when you have to scroll a lot, is a little difficult doing so in the radio. Other than that, this radio works just as expected. The iPod battery gets charged while it's connected, so that's a plus for a long ride.

I've also tried the radio using my jumpdrive straight into the usb port. The mp3 files shows you even more information than from your iPod, so it's cool!!

Bottom line.. if you want a car stereo that will play the songs you have on your iPod or some jumpdrive.. this is totally the one you should get. If you have a Zune or some other player, you can plug it into the Aux input at the front!!! haven't tried that yet.
