I had it for about a week and the screen wouldn't work so i couldn't listen to music or watch videos. I tried to reset the product, it wouldn't work. then it wouldn't turn off after 5 days so i try to pick it up to send it back and the silver cheap lining fell off! The whole thing looks cool but its cheap and genaric.

The problem some people was having is using the included firmware disc. I would say just throw it away and don't updated because the version that is already on the unit is the latest and the disc is a earlier version wonder why they sent it? Just go to their website to get the other video processing files and even picture resizing files. I have music, videos, pictures and text loaded. Plus using a portable speakers really help.Philips Travel Speakers - BA300
