My review is on PE's Customer Service and not the item itself. I had purchased this specific mp3/mp4 player at one point, but shortly after i did, i saw another item from the same seller which i liked better. i then contacted their customer service to see if i could exchange it, and they were very professional about it. they gave me no hassle (unlike other online stores), and were very quick with the exchange regardless of the price difference. Plus their delivery service was very very fast. I will defenitely buy from them again.

I purchased this mp3 for my niece she used it four or five days and loved it. She dropped it off the couch about 18 inches and the screen busted. It was great while it worked but it is very delicate do not drop it.

It was ok, not what I thought, hard to put music on, but quick delivery.

We recently bought this for our sons 10th birthday and it seemed to be a great product for the money. The music was easy to download and the camera was even OK for a MP4 player, so he was really happy with this. Then we tried to put a movie on it - when we purchased this item it the movie player was a big reason we choose it - well we can't watch movies on this player and when we tried to contact the company via e-mail we got no response. In the directions it says to go to the movie icon button but there is not even a movie icon on any of the screens let alone the main one as they recommened we use. So don't get this for the movies or for the customer service.

The product was great. Exceeded my expectations. I just wanted a simple MP3 player to download music. This also has FM Tuner and takes pictures. The touchscreen works very well.
