If you want darker print with pictures, graphs, solid blocks of black or grey color then this cartidge will give you close to 1600-1800 pages depending on the situation.

Brother Laser Toner Cartridge

This high capacity replacement, when installed should provide many months of service, and can be replenished using replacement toner kits, fortunately available through Amazon.

Should print approximately 2,600 pages... does it?

The manual says the hi yield TN-360 (OEM) will print approximately 2,600 pages! It appears the starter toner that comes with the new printer will print about 700 pages. The low yield prints about 1500 pages.
This product is not OEM... but appears people are satisfied... are you sure you are getting the recommended pages? I want to know so that I might try this product out to save money. The best price I've seen so far for the Hi Yield OEM toner to fit this printer costs about $55.
Users please post how many pages you are getting from this replacement toner! It will help others, thank you. I plan to update my review and give more stars if the toner gets over 2500 pages at least.
