Works great and better price than anywhere

This cartridge is NOT made by Brother OEM cartridge

I would think the presentation of product manufacture of this page is somewhat misleading (Genuie Brother Cartridge picture and other product by Brother). Especially, when a search of brother TN360 in Amazon presnted other 3rd party manufacture cleary label their product as compitible.
The good news is Amazon's return process is easy. The bad news is return credit will requird apporx 3 weeks to process. I will post whether I have received credit in about 3 weeks.
