A few problems with this product:

1. Most importantly, it did not work. I tried it in 2 different Dell Latitude D600 computers - it fit into the computer but did not supply any power to it.

2. No invoice, packing slip, or any other paperwork was included with the shipment so it was a pain to try and email the company to find out where to send it back and what kind of documentation would be required.

3. The replacement cord is a cheap and very light-weight replacement for the one that dell sells so even if it had worked I would have been somewhat disappointed.

This may not usually happen with this company - I'm not sure. But I'm still waiting on a response from them regarding reimbursement for my purchase. Too much of a hassle. Be careful if you are considering buying this product!

THIS CHARGER MAKES MY MOUSE GO CRAZY, AND I CAN NOT WORK WHILE IT CHARGES. IT ALSO GETS VERY VERY HOT. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

Worked fine for about a month in my Inspiron 6000, then started to not charge the battery. Get message 'power supply type cannot be determined' on bootup. Won't charge the battery I have which is brand new. Also runs very hot to the touch. Not recommended.

I was very pleased with how quickly this item was shipped, and the quick response time by the seller, but I would NOT recommend buying this specific item. The item is not the one pictured - it's a cheap, lightweight knock off - but that's not really my problem.

I plugged the charger in my laptop to find that it wasn't charging the battery (What? That's what I bought it for!) I emailed an inquiry about the problem to the seller, and the response was "These adapters just provide AC power to the laptop."

I find this hardly a "replacement" to the original AC adapter without this key functionality.

Thankfully, though, I was issued a refund very promptly and with little question. This item may be a piece of junk, but I'm thankful to have received prompt service along every step of the process.

It worked ok for about a week and a half before it began to malfunction. It only works sporadically now,and even then only when its positioned in a certain way. The cord that attaches to the computer doesn't sit correctly and the adapter rarely works now. Would not advise purchasing.
