Easy Plug & Play Unit
(4 out of 5) by C. Malara on Jan 4, 2008 (Ny)Just picked this up and its as easy as can be...Plug one end into unit other end into computer via USB and your done! Makes transferring photos/files very easy and fast. Use it mostly to transfer files from one card to other for Photo Frame.

Not so great for a Mac and a Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo

Richards on Feb 22, 2008 (Houston, TX USA)1) Inserting a Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo card into this device results in the card completely disappearing inside the card reader's mechanism. You have to get a small sharp object to pry it back out. SD cards are long enough they extend out the front so you can grab it with your fingers.
2) The light that illuminates when the card is inserted never extinguishes after ejecting the card (for a Mac that is dragging the icon to the trash). I am using the latest version of Leopard. So you have to pull it out with the light on, which the card readers directions says not to do.
This is going back to the store.
