I just got the Utronix Mp4 player and I love it. The player is small and portable. Thin and durable. I have found some pros and cons. They are as follows.

Pros:
1)The player has three basic buttons. Menu-Volume up and down.
2)Touchscreen with clear and clean graphics.
3)Expandable memory card slot. Mini SD
4)All functions work.
5)Plays videos, music, and fm radio.
6)Has an e-book function.
7)Works as a flash drive.
8)Easy to Install.

Cons:
1)Software is not very good. The AVI converter does not work without other software. I had to download a flash to AVI type converter to see my videos. I used the converter I downloaded then opened the software that came with the player to convert the file again. Then I loaded the video to my player. I had to save the the final file to my documents for it to work. Another thing is that you have to close most programs after a few files have been converted and re-open it to utilize it. Trying to use it continuously made my computer unbearably slow and difficult to multi-task with.
2)Manual has very small print and very few instructions or answers.
3)The buttons are kind of loud when you press them.
4)The game function requires some work. Only has one game- A tetris knock off.

The uTronix 2gb 2.8 touchscreen mp4 player is the best mp4 player in its class. Although I have only used it for a couple of days, I have already understood all the functions. I have no complaints. The customer service provided by Pro Ebiz Llc is the fastest I have ever seen.

Just got it in, very fast delivery and the product is really a great purchase for its price... the item is very light, touch screen works great, very good sound and the video is very clear... Downloading songs and videos are easy and fast... I will order more for my nieces for Christmas... Very highly recommended for everybody who wants MP3/MP4 for a fraction of an apple ipod... This is indeed a great purchase!

This player is great for the price!
Not to big, not to small, the expandable stylus, and the "rubber" skin are all great.
One of the many great things about this player is that you don't need to install any software!
When you plug it in, it acts as a flash drive, for you to arrange files/folders any way you like.
If you have an SD card it pops up as another flash drive.
I did have to find a better video converter that worked, but after that I had no problems getting video on it, and playing.
There is no place to store your stylus, but I cut a small slit in the side of the skin and slid it in. Works like a charm.

The audio book reader will only work with .txt audio files. So if you've got e-books from big name companies you're going to need to covert them (Which can be a problem if it's DRM protected) but the e-book reader works great, and has all the things you need.

The music player is very nice as well. The only problem I have is if you have it on shuffle and want to go back to the last song, it just keeps going on it's shuffle loop.

The game section is the only useless thing on the device. One game: A snake puzzle, boring.

All in all, I LOVE this device.

I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. It looks even better than expected and works great. I have no complaints. I purchased it for my 10 year old son who really wanted a "touch" mp3 but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something he would probably break anyway!
