I have been using Service Centre 6 for over six months now and I have to say that I am very impressed with it.
I deal primarily with broadcasters and studios where a great deal of PC problems have the potential to be mission critical and I find the tools in the Service Centre kit are ideal for quickly diagnosing any hardware problems. Whether it's power supply, storage, peripheral, memory or motherboard there is a diagnostic tool in the bag to help you find the problem. Even when the OS is unstable or unreachable, you can boot to diagnostics with the media supplied, either USB or CD-ROM. Even if the USB drive fails there is a utility to generate a new one.
I never travel to a field service call now with out it.
Even though I have seen some of the kit's components, or similar for sale elsewhere, I like the fact that Service Centre 6 has all the bits you need in the on place and if you need support, patches or updates then you can get them all from the one place. The support is great. I had a problem with the PCI diagnostic card and they sent out a new one straight away.

We have been using Service Center 6 in our shop for a few months now and it has helped speed up our diagnosis and repair by a great deal. I recommend it completely.

I am overly impressed with the thoroughness of the PC Doctor environment. Not only does it save time but its allows me to increase my productivity substantially. No more frustration and double checking my troubleshooting skills. Simply run the software and let it do its' magic. Finally a complete set of hardware analysis tools all in one brilliantly mastered diagnostics center. Thanks PC Doctor... too bad you can't regrow my lost hair!

I had purchased Service Center 6 for my computer repair business well over a year ago and upgraded to 7 when it first came out. I cant tell you how many times I have used it on computers that were not acting right just to find out that one of the sticks of memory tested bad and was causing the crash or that the hard drive was failing and I was able to determine that in just a matter of minutes. I always run the diagnostics on a computer that I am about to recover because there is nothing worse than spending all of that time rebuilding a computer and giving it back to the customer to find out a week later you have to do it again, but this time after installing a new hard drive. Well that won't happen to me any more. I now do most of my diagnostics right in front of my customer, it is a very simple system to use and to explain what is being tested, if they want I can even print out a diagnostic report that even has my logo on it. It gives me the level of professionalism that I had been looking for but was unable to find on the market. I have started to expand in my area and as I hire a new tech I am equipping them with the PC-Doctor kit because ultimately they represent me and I want to do everything that I can to ensure that they are very accurate in their diagnosis of what is wrong.
