Could not believe how quickly my new Samsung arrived. As usual Amazon rocks! I really liked the way it looked and the user friendly functionality of it. Do wish the volume could go a little higher. Did have one problem. The P2 would not load to my Vista PC. I had no problem with my XP laptop. Contacted SAMSUNG support and talked to 1st and 2nd level. Basically they said there was nothing they could do to help. When I asked how about loading the necessary drivers from the SAMSUNG webpage they said that was not an option. Really disappointed with the lack of support from SAMSUNG on their other wise great product.
