Phenominal product from Samsung
The P2 is a great Mp3 player that does everything. Music, videos, pictures, texts, voice recording, games, bluetooth, and more all work beautifully. With Samsung's updates to the firmware every month or so, this product just gets better and better. Five stars for sure- go Samsung for creating a stylish player that feels great in the hand and does more than it says in the description!

This touchscreen device is great!
Firstly, this a "touchscreen" device. You either love them or hate them.
From the time I turned it on,this player has a lot. Comes with a CD,USB cable, variety of printed ware, and headphones. No knock, but deep six the headphones. As with most makers, the cheapest part of MP3 Players(IMHO)are the earphones. I bought the SONY E-21B's. What an enjoyable difference. The player comes with videos, games, and music. This will help you get the feel of the player and lets you move around the various areas of the MP3. The interface is straight forward,it has dedicated volume sliders and feels good in your hand. This system, though, has a learning curve. How steep that curve will be will depend upon your ability to follow the directions, which are on the CD. And, call Samsung when you have some question as you open the box and get started. As you go,this player will take you on a journey I feel will be enjoyable.
As an aside, this is my third MP3 Player. Started with a Sandisk(1GB) moved to a Samsung(T10),4 GB, liked it so much I moved to this little gem. I hope this helps, and that you too, will find a wonderful world waiting for you!

Amazing sound quality and picture quality!
I was unsure of buying this player until I received it! The Bluetooth feature works great with the Wireless Motorola Stereo headphones. The sound quality is great and the picture quality is amazing! The only issue I have is that the volume does not go high enough for me. For most people it would be fine, but I tend to listen to my music louder than most. Overall though, I am extremely happy with the Samsung P2!
Nice but has some "what were they thinking" flaws!
The P2 from Samsung is a beautiful sleek looking player and at first use, it appears to be flawless. But after digging a little deeper the design flaws start to bubble to the surface. First and most obvious is the extremely annoying blinking light that it on the bottom of the player, right on the front. So when the display goes dark, the blinking light makes it's appearance and apparently shows us what the status of the battery life is. I use my mp3 player in my car, mounted near the stereo and I would have to put a piece of tape or something over this light because it's extremely bright at night and cannot be shut off. Of all the things they could have put there, they choose some annoying blinking light?
Also, when moving through the menus, you cannot just touch the selection that you want. You have to either "click" it twice or hold your finger tip on it for a bit to move on. Very annoying and noticeably slows the speed of use. The overall accuracy of the touch screen is mixed. You have to use the exact tip of your finger, not your fingernail and not your finger print area. If you accidentally use too much surface area, it will not be super accurate.
There was no comprehensive user guide in the packaging. There is a simple user guide that shows you where the power button is...ect.(WOW!), but nothing going into depth about all the internal software features(and there are alot!). Be prepared to just sit down and figure it out on your own.
Like I said before, this is a NICE player. It sounds good, looks great and over function is there. Just a few things that are quite obnoxious.
Thanks for reading and remember one thing...if it snows, go play in it!

Great potential, but misses the mark. Firmware upgrade please?

This ipod wannabe feels well made, and is well designed but is missing some support that would make it a great device. Where are the games (a few are available) The touch screen is good but not a sensitive as some.
There is a great deal of chatter on the internet that better firmware is forthcoming, for not it is a wait and see game.
