piece of crap

I have tried and tried and tried to get this thing to work. it says that it is working properly and that everything is installed correctly. Yet I can't any type of disk to run in the cd drive. I put a disk in and it spins then stops. When i try to use it it says that there is no disk in the drive. I have tried everything that i know how to do to get this to work. I am going to be sending this back and trying to either get my money back or find a new driver.

I am totally disappointed in this product and DO NOT recommend it

bought this product and tried several times to use - all with no successes.
do not waste your money even though you will find no cheaper product
